Our Pathway

Consultation

Our consultations are designed to discuss your problems and how our services may help ensuring that your sports massage is tailored to your individual needs.

You will have a private discussion in person with Sports Therapist and Founder of MP Sports Therapy, Megan. She will be able to examine the suitability of our services for your needs and propose any massage treatment required.

Sports Massage

Following your booking request, if treatment is advised then our trained Sports Therapist, Megan, will travel to your home to carry out the massage. She is equipped with a full-length massage bed, wax, KT tape and resistance bands.

Sports massages are a thorough treatment designed to target within the muscles and reduce pain and inflammation that may have been caused from an acute or chronic injury.
